In addition to her emphasis on trust & estate law and elder law, Ann Pinciss Berman is a receiver in both judicial dissolution and real estate matters, and a referee in foreclosure proceedings.

She also serves as an arbitrator and mediator in Small Claims Court in New York County; and arbitrator for the New York Stock Exchange and National Association of Securities Dealers, now FINRA.

Ms. Pinciss Berman was a mentor for the Elder Law Clinic at New York Law School for its first 10 years, holds a Fiduciary Certification from the New York Office of Court Administration and has been appointed as Guardian (including Guardian ad Litem), Court Evaluator and Counsel to the Alleged Incapacitated Person. She frequently serves as counsel to Guardians.

She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and holds a J.D. degree from Fordham Law School.
